By accessing, joining, remaining in, viewing, interacting with, or using any part of the Rised service, including the Discord server, bots, integrations, automation systems, websites, or partner tools (collectively the “Service”), you enter a legally binding agreement with Rised.
Leaving the server is the only method of rejecting these Terms. Continued presence constitutes acceptance whether or not you have read them.
These Terms apply immediately upon publication and apply retroactively to all existing members.
This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. These Terms apply regardless of the user’s physical location, residency, nationality, or local legal system, and users agree they remain bound by this jurisdiction irrespective of international political or legal differences between regions.
If any clause is unenforceable, all remaining clauses remain fully enforceable.
Rised provides digital academic assistance tools. The Service is not a school, tutoring institution, revision provider, educational authority, or accredited learning service. All outputs are informational assistance only.
We do not guarantee correctness, acceptance, grades, academic success, teacher approval, institutional compliance, or platform compatibility.
You remain solely responsible for what you submit, upload, paste, copy, or present to any third party.
Academic penalties, misconduct findings, or disqualification are solely the responsibility of the user.
The Service may involve automation, artificial intelligence, scripted systems, human operators, or combinations of these at any time without notice.
You agree that assistance may be produced by automated systems. You waive any claim based on the method used to generate output.
The Service may interact with external platforms including homework portals, school systems, authentication providers, APIs, and integrations.
We do not control these platforms and accept no responsibility for detection, bans, flags, warnings, restrictions, outages, API changes, or account action taken by them.
If a platform blocks access or changes behaviour, the Service is still considered delivered.
If you provide usernames, passwords, tokens, cookies, sessions, or authentication data, you confirm you are authorised to share them and you assume all risk associated with providing them.
You expressly release Rised from liability for any consequence resulting from the exposure, use, misuse, detection, logging, or investigation of those credentials by any third party including schools and service providers.
If credentials become public, compromised, or restricted after you provided them, Rised bears no responsibility for any resulting damages, penalties, loss of grades, or account closure.
All payments are considered payment for access to digital assistance functionality. Academic outcome is irrelevant to service fulfilment.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting support first constitutes abuse of the Service.
Upon any dispute, Rised may submit all stored records including logs, commands, timestamps, IP addresses, conversations, identifiers, and usage history to the payment processor or bank.
Continued use of the Service while attempting a payment reversal is treated as fraudulent use and access may be permanently revoked.
Dissatisfaction with academic results does not constitute “service not provided” under card scheme rules or Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
The following actions are considered abuse:
Accounts involved may be banned permanently and reported to payment processors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rised is not liable for academic consequences, institutional action, grade loss, disciplinary action, bans, missed deadlines, or opportunity loss.
Total liability for any paid service is limited to the amount paid for that specific purchase.
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Rised operates as a communications and automation platform and stores operational and security logs required to run the Service and defend disputes.
By using the Service you consent to logging of interactions, commands, identifiers, and connection information for operational and legal defence purposes.
Retention duration is determined solely by operational and dispute risk needs.
The Service may change, restrict, or terminate features at any time without notice. Downtime, feature removal, or altered behaviour does not constitute breach of contract.
Rised may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason including risk, disputes, abuse, or operational decisions. Termination does not remove obligations already accrued.
Terms may be updated, rewritten, expanded, or reduced at any time, including during an active dispute, complaint, investigation, or support conversation. The current published version is always the binding version.
Remaining in the Service after updates constitutes acceptance automatically. If a user has been banned or removed, any attempt to communicate with staff regarding the Service, prior actions, disputes, or support matters constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms at the time of communication.
Rised reserves absolute discretion to modify, restrict, suspend, limit, or remove access to any feature, system, channel, integration, or function of the Service at any time without notice and without providing a reason. Access levels, permissions, features, or visibility may be changed on a per-user basis at staff discretion.
No user has a guaranteed right to continued access, specific features, response times, or unchanged service structure.
Staff members retain full authority to mute, restrict, suspend, permanently ban, limit feature access, or otherwise alter a user’s interaction with the Service at their sole discretion.
Enforcement may occur for foul language, disruptive behaviour, suspected abuse, reputational risk, operational risk, or any conduct a staff member deems inappropriate or harmful to the Service.
Staff decisions are final. No explanation is required. Competitors or staff members of competing or similar services may be removed, restricted, or limited where deemed appropriate for the operation, protection, or growth of Rised. Reasons do not need to be provided and such actions may be taken at the discretion of any authorised Rised staff member.
The official support contact is: support@rised.co.uk
Support is provided at Rised’s discretion. Staff are not obligated to respond to general enquiries, complaints, dissatisfaction claims, or informal disputes.
Responses are only guaranteed where legally required, including valid data access requests or statutory legal notices.
Failure to respond does not constitute breach of contract or admission of fault.
Users may also request support through the designated support ticket section of the server when accessible. If a user is banned, muted, restricted, or otherwise unable to access the server, they waive any right to demand server access for the purpose of opening a ticket and must instead contact support@rised.co.uk. Inability to access the server does not invalidate this requirement.
All legal correspondence must be directed to the support email above.
Users may request a downloadable copy of these Terms by opening a support ticket or emailing support@rised.co.uk.
These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Rised regarding the Service and override all prior representations or statements.
